    Middle East North Africa Professional Fellows Program (MENA PFP)

    Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia

    Funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by CRDF Global, the Middle East North Africa Professional Fellows Program (MENA PFP) is an exchange program designed to promote mutual understanding, and enhance leadership and professional skills between the countries of Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, and the United States. For the month of October, participants will work in non-profit organizations, businesses, and government offices across the United States to develop their professional experience within social entrepreneurship, business administration, economic development, and emerging technologies among other topics.

    For the 2022 Middle East North Africa Professional Fellows Program, Professional Fellows will have the opportunity to kick off their program here in Detroit, Michigan and travel around the country to stay with an American family for a one-week homestay. Four (4) fellows in Detroit will be placed at TechTown, Bamboo Royal Oak, and The Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation for the duration of their program.
