Global Ties Detroit is facilitating a virtual exchange with a group of seven (7) professionals to examine the underlying principles of the U.S. judicial and legal systems and their basis in the Constitution and the rule of law. Individuals will study the interaction of the legal system between law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and courts. This project will deepen the understanding of the federal and state judicial systems for both criminal and civil, while also exploring measures to protect victims.
