The U.S. Jordan Leadership Exchange Program (UJLEP) is designed to support emerging Jordanian leaders who help to develop growth in their economy while strengthening ties between the U.S. and Jordan. The goal of this program is to build a network of emerging Jordanian leaders to evolve in their designated career paths and interests. This is a two-way exchange program where fellows will spend 4 weeks immersed in Detroit communities and culture through visits to organizations and businesses, participate in volunteer work, and attend cultural and social activities to advance their leadership and technical skills. They will also be participating in a four week fellowship program where they have the opportunity to work at businesses and organizations relevant to their professional experiences and interests.
