This fall Global Ties Detroit will be welcoming eight (8) government officials participating in the International Visitor Leadership Program U.S. Elections to help Emerging Australian Political Leaders. During their stay they will be exploring campaign infrastructure, strategies, and techniques, such as media influence, countering false narratives, and outreach to minority communities. They also will be observing and analyzing the lead up to the 2024 U.S. elections to provide insights into U.S. governance, the electoral system, and consitutional framework. An objective of this program is to strengthen historic ties between Australia and the United States to highlight how the parties and their prospective platforms could shape U.S. policy moving forward.
