Global Ties Detroit is thrilled once again to partner with the American Councils for International Education to host Russian Business Leaders (RBL)! This U.S. Department of State initiative is a virtual professional development exchange program for emerging business professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators, from Russia who are committed to driving economic development through leadership and sound business practices. This program also provides metro Detroit business leaders the opportunity to develop their international networks and expand their businesses globally.
