Global Ties Detroit is excited to welcome a delegation of government officials, religious leaders, and business leaders taking part in the IVLP Meridian International Center program from Pakistan. This program is designed for delegates to generate ideas for developing and promoting religious tourism in Pakistan. During their stay this delegation will participate in meetings and discussions focused on the economic benefits of tourism and how to help inform leaders of tourists’ needs and expectations. They will also focus on administrative factors, including visa categories, infrastructure, transportation, and security.
