Global Ties Detroit is partnering with Freedom IT Schools in Belarus to host the Virtual Exchange Program (VEP) that is administered by World Learning and funded by USAID. This youth leadership program is designed to help high school students studying IT in Belarus develop soft skills, practice project management, learn about career development opportunities, and gain emotional intelligence skills. This program includes seven (7) sessions with twenty (20) students. A total of 140 participants will be involved in this program and eager to learn and connect with Americans. The virtual multisession program will be held for a period of three (3) weeks.
