This US State Department-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is for a human rights lawyer and journalist from Thailand looking into "Civic Activism".
While in Detroit, these community leaders are interested in networking with local advocates for social change and representatives of NGOs in the United States who are successfully and effectively engaging the public.
