Transparency and Accountability in Government
Global Ties Detroit is implementing a project for Sri Lankan and Maldivian government officials to meet with their Detroit counterparts to explore the role of citizens, traditional and new media, academia, and civil society in fostering transparency and accountability in government. This virtual program will highlight the mechanisms and underlying principles of ethical systems for accountability that enable citizens to foster good governance.
