Global Ties Detroit is excited to be partnering with the Department of State and American Councils International Education sponsored program, Professional Fellows Program (PFP). This program for Europe and Eurasia is a two-way, global exchange program designed to promote mutual understanding, enhance leadership and professional skills, as well as build lasting, sustainable partnerships between mid-level emerging leaders. This is a month long program where these fellows will be working four days a week and participating in a one day professional development. We are welcoming two emerging leaders in government from Moldova and Turkey.  These young professionals are working to improve the quality of life in their respective countries, as well as promote accountability, transparency, and efficiency in government services.
