Six (6) professionals from the People's Republic of China will meet with their counterparts in Detroit to learn about and experience the social, economic, legal, and political factors that encourage the development of private enterprise, including innovation, managerial skills, the removal of barriers to growth, access to credit, business incubators, and public-private partnerships. Through these meetings they will examine mentoring and other models to encourage entrepreneurs who launch small startup businesses.
