Global Ties Detroit is excited to host a virtual exchange program for participants with backgrounds in education, libraries, and children from the Near East and North Africa! Through this virtual exchange program, participants will be able to learn about the roles of community centers, libraries, and youth programs in the United States and the importance of community-based partnerships for promoting volunteering. By engaging in these discussions and activities, participants will be able to help inspire youth in a multitude of ways, starting with community programs and library services & technologies, bridging the digital divide that remains in certain populations.
