This US State Department-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is for four labor advocates from Kazakhstan exploring labor issues.
The delegations program from Detroit, MI will examine historical importance of labor unions, social justice: unionization vs. privatization, and measures to ensure workplace safety.
