Combating Online Harassment and Hate
This US State Department-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is for 4 community activists and representatives from civic organizations, political parties, and government institutions from Germany exploring Combating Online Harassment and Hate.
The delegations program from Detroit, MI will explore how the United States manages to counter harassment and hate speech within a framework of constitutionally protected speech and freedom of expression.
