    Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative

Georgia, Italy, North Macedonia, and Spain

The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative(YTILI) is the U.S. Department of State's flagship program for emerging entrepreneurs from Europe. This two-way exchange program is designed to strengthen transatlantic relationships, develop sustainable partnerships between U.S. and European entrepreneurs and innovators, promote regional integration and cooperation in Europe, and encourage European businesses, governments and civil society to develop their innovation ecosystems. This September, Global Ties Detroit will welcome four YTILI fellows from the countries of Georgia, Italy, N. Macedonia, and Spain. The Metro Detroit program will include a four-week fellowship with a local business or organization, a home hospitality dinner, site visits to local businesses and organizations, networking opportunities, and meetings with members of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
