Ed Clemente has been to over 80 countries spanning across six continents. His recent travels in Eastern Europe, as part of a Global Ties Detroit delegation (Belarus) and on his own (Moldova and Ukraine), are home to friendly people, break-away republics, nuclear disaster zones, major Roman, Medieval, WWI & WWII monuments, echoes of the Soviet empire, UNESCO sites, palaces, churches, castles, and more. Ed Clemente is currently a two-term Governor Appointee as a Michigan Liquor Control Commissioner, working with all businesses that deal with Spirits. He has garnered many experiences as a State Representative including task forces on electric vehicles, Bio-Sciences, film Industry, Brownfield's economic development, quality of life, and Advanced Energy. Clemente is was a previously elected College Trustee and the President of a Chamber of Commerce. He is currently hosting a podcast and a member of the Workforce Advisors for Wayne County Community College. Clemente is also a former college football and amateur international rugby player.
