This fall Global Ties Detroit will be hosting five (5) digital influencers from Malaysia to explore digital media and communications networks participating in the International Visitor Leadership Program Digital Diplomacy for Influencers. This program was designed to enhance participants understanding of U.S. digital media efforts in non profits, adopt new trends and best practices in digital content creation, and ways to combat disinformation. During their stay these delegates will be engaging with their U.S. counterparts to learn about the latest trends in digital media, exploring the impact of storytelling in content creation, and fostering cross-cultural collaboration and networking between U.S and Malaysian digital influencers, encouraging the exchange of ideas and promoting mutual understanding.
