The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) American Councils for International Education Achieving NDC Goals by Generation 2030 by Year 2030 is a program designed to monitor government efforts to achieve Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). This delegation is a mix of social media influencers, NGO activists, journalists, and politicians from South Korea working on climate change and carbon neutral efforts. During their stay these delegates will be exploring carbon neutral programs and strategies at federal and state levels in the United States to move towards 2030 NGO goals. They also will participate in invigorating discussions about civil society trends and the role of young environmental activists and experts.
