Protecting the Rights of Women and Children
Fifteen (15) professionals from Bangladesh, India and Pakistan will meet with Detroit-area counterparts to examine and discuss public/private partnerships and cooperative efforts to improve community welfare and prevent domestic abuse, and the range of social service agencies involved in the prevention and treatment and assistance to victims.
