The Russian Business Leaders (RBL) professional exchange program is a Department of State program for emerging business, entrepreneurship and innovation leaders from Russia who are committed to driving
economic development through leadership and sound business practices. Global Ties Detroit will be hosting six (6) young professionals in media, marketing, management, and programming.
