Managing Foreign Aid and Foreign Direct Investment
Global Ties Detroit is implementing a project for eighteen (18) professionals to meet with their Detroit counterparts and discuss U.S. foreign policy in the international economic system, including stimulating growth and employment. This exchange program is designed to examine international economic cooperation in the context of the integration of emerging markets into the world economy. The professionals will explore the variety of funding mechanisms available for national and local economic development with a focus on the nexus of business opportunities and development priorities.
