Global Women's Health Issues
This US State Department-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is for 14 women's health professionals from Egypt, Japan, Lesotho, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Russia, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the West Bank, who will be visiting Detroit to examine Global Women's Health Issues.
The delegation's program in Detroit, MI will provide an opportunity to learn about breast cancer awareness and support, culturally sensitive women’s health care for minority community, and state and local public health programs and women’s health care clinics.
