Youth Summer Learning Exchange
August 9-22, 2016
This World Learning Summer Youth Leadership (SYL) program will bring 11 high school students (ages 16-18) from Latin America
While in SE Michigan, they will be improving their English language abilities and building skills in community organizing, civic engagement, and volunteerism. We are seeking host families with youth or adults who speak some Spanish, want to learn about life Latin America, and share their culture and hospitality with these short-term exchange students.
