Sub National and Corporate Efforts to Reduce Emissions and Promote Renewable Energy
This US State Department-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is for ten journalists from India exploring the efforts being made by the private sector and state and local governments to transition to clean energy sources such as solar and wind, increase their energy use efficiency, and reduce their overall carbon footprint.
The delegations program from Detroit, MI will provide participants with insight on clean engery issues and incentives, including the innovative energy research and renewable energy production.
