Bankruptcy Reform in the United States
This US State Department-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is for twelve finance officials and research leaders examining Bankruptcy Reform in the United States.
The delegations program from Detroit, MI will examine best practices and highlight the importance of clear mechanisms to address cross–border bankruptcies, including with Chinese firms or investors.
