Pan-African Youth Leadership Program
Pan-African Youth Leadership Program (PAYLP) brings together young leaders' civic engagement, leadership, and social entrepreneurship skills while fostering cross-cultural bonds with American citizens. Global Ties Detroit will lead weekly cultural programming for 15 young leaders from Central Africa Republic, Burundi, Guinea, and Niger, and four adult educators to strengthen the youth's leadership skills to help them solve issues in their communities.
