This US State Department-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is for five humanitarian leaders from Armenia and their U.S. State Dept. interpreters, who will be visiting Detroit to examine Integrating the Needs of Refugees into Social Policy.

The delegation's program in Detroit, MI will provide community leaders an opportunity to learn how institutions – social service agencies, schools, medical clinics, etc. – integrate the needs of refugee and migrants into their work, and how they partner with nonprofit groups to meet local needs.
