This US Congress-sponsored Open World Leadership Program (OW) brought 6 judges from Armenia exploring Judicial Rule of Law.  Special thanks to the Honorable Judge Terrence Berg, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for leading the program and to the many excellent judges, prosecutors, attorneys, and law enforcement officials who took part in the exchange including leaders from: US District Court, ACLU of Michigan, Wayne Law, US Attorney, Federal Marshall, Public Defender, Oakland County Prosecutor and Courts, Wayne County Prosecutor, Wayne County Sheriff, and more.  Many thanks to Hon. Isadore Torres for sharing time and expertise.  The homestay hosts -- Jim & Py, Judy, Marley, and Mel & Nena -- are the heart of the program.
