The Ukrainian Business Leaders: Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship (UBL PIE)Program is a Department of State-sponsored international exchange program that empowers entrepreneurs, innovators, and business leaders from across Ukraine to develop creative solutions to today's economic, business, and policy challenges. During their three-week stay in Metro Detroit, fellows will be placed in professional fellowships with local businesses and organizations while participating in professional and cultural development activities coordinated by Global Ties Detroit. By connecting Ukrainian leaders with Detroit's vibrant business and civic communities, the program fosters innovation, mutual understanding, and enduring international partnerships that benefit both Ukraine and Southeast Michigan.
